Following recent government Coronavirus announcements all Dart Digital staff are now working from home. We will regularly review these arrangements based on the latest Coronavirus advice available from the government and would hope to be back in the office as soon as circumstances allow.
This is no way affects the level of online support we offer all our ABM, Sybiz and other clients as we will still be working normal hours (09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri). The big difference is that we will not be available to take telephone support calls. If you do call the office your call may still be answered but the member of staff that takes the call will only be able to notify us that you have called.
If you need support from us at this time I would recommend that you email either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and someone (probably me) will get back to you as quickly as we can. We are currently working through a backlog of support issues from both the Dart Digital and Dart Services businesses and unless urgent new calls will be added to the list so please bear with us.
You will naturally be given priority if you are unable to use any of the systems that we currently support for you.
We will though, unfortunately, be unable to carry out any site visits for the foreseeable future but we have a plethora of tools we can use to give you the best possible levels of remote support available
